Ingredients

  • 800 g beef
  • 200 g water
  • 400 g onion
  • 15 g garlic
  • 90 g tomato paste
  • 200 g bell pepper
  • 250 g tomatoes
  • 80 g olive oil
  • 40 g butter
  • 30 g flour
  • 20 g pepper
  • 20 g chili powder
  • 20 g salt
