Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 200 g Onion
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 400 g chopped tomatoes
  • 400 g Kidney beans
  • 10 g Chili powder

Instructions

Finely dice the onions and garlic and sauté in a large pot.

Add the ground beef and fry until crumbly.

Stir in the chopped tomatoes, beans (drained) and chili powder.

Simmer the chili over medium heat for at least 45 minutes.Season with salt and pepper.
